Agreement

By creating an account on https://poseidon-bay.vercel.app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the service does

Ascribe analyses websites and reports how well they can be read and cited by AI engines. It requests pages from the domain you submit, reads publicly available files such as robots.txt and sitemap.xml, and queries AI engines with generated questions.

Beta

The service is in beta. Features may change or be withdrawn, results may be incomplete, and we do not guarantee availability or that stored reports will be preserved indefinitely.

Your account

• Provide a real email address and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• One person per account. Do not share credentials.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

Sites you may analyse

You may only submit domains you own, or that you are authorised to analyse. When you submit a domain, our crawler requests pages from that server on your instruction. You are responsible for having permission to cause those requests.

You must not use the service to:

• Load-test, stress, disrupt or attack any site.
• Circumvent access controls, paywalls or authentication.
• Harvest personal data, or collect content you have no right to.
• Analyse addresses on private, internal or non-public networks.
• Break any law that applies to you or to the site you submit.

Fair use and limits

Each plan includes a set number of runs per feature per cycle, shown inside the app. We also apply rate limits. Do not attempt to bypass either — for example by creating multiple accounts — and do not resell or automate access to the service without our written agreement.

Accuracy of results

Results are informational and provided as-is. AI engines are non-deterministic: the same question can produce different answers in different sessions, so a report is a snapshot, not a measurement you can reproduce exactly. Technical checks depend on what a site returns at the moment we ask. Do not treat a report as a guarantee of how any AI engine will behave.

Your content

You keep all rights to the domains and data you submit. You grant us only the permission needed to run the analysis and store the resulting report in your account.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, particularly the section on sites you may analyse.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or lost data arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above will change, and material updates will be announced by email to registered users. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.
